Here at ECHO AFC we want to make sure we answer any concerns you might have. Here are some questions that have been asked by our customers. Please feel free to read over them but if you do not see what you need please call us.


Normally three months in advance is recommended. However, we will do our best to accommodate your request and we can book moves the same day of the trip if availability allows.

No, ECHO AFC Transportation is exclusively a charter operation for groups who charter the complete coach to go to the destination of their choice. We can transport passengers from major cities to small cities, to wine country with multiple stops, rural national parks, and more with a bus rental.

Yes, our fleet includes full-sized coaches that have wheelchair lifts and ADA approved paratransit features such as handrails, wide aisles and storage for up to two wheelchairs.

Yes, food and drinks are permitted on the buses. No open containers, ALL drinks must have a lid. We supply trash bags, and ask that the buses are kept picked-up for your group’s comfort.

We can pick up your group wherever you want and take you directly to your destination. Airport, hotel or elsewhere, we come to you!

Yes, all of our motor-coaches have restrooms; however, our mini buses do not.

All of our motorcoaches have ample space under the coach to carry your luggage. The charter buses also have overhead compartments inside the coach for a carry-on bag.
