Dental coverage

  • Principal as the Dental provider. The company pays a portion of dental coverage.
  • We offer two dental plans (High & Low)
  • Preventive care is covered at 100%
  • $1,000 yearly max allowance for the High plan
  • $750 yearly max allowance for the Low plan

Vision coverage

  • Principal VSP Network as the vision provider.
  • $10.00 copay for (In Network)
  • $45.00 copay for (out of Network)
  • Yearly allowance offered towards contact lenses & frames

Supplemental Coverage

Long-term Disability

  • We use Lincoln Financial Group
  • This coverage can pay monthly benefit if you have a covered illness or injury and you can't work for a few months- or even longer.

Supplemental Life and AD & D Insurance:

  • Principal Life Insurance
  • Employees may elect coverage in $10,000 increments up to lesser or 5 times annual earnings or $500,000

Critical Illness:

  • Principal Life Insurance
  • Principal's Critical Illness Insurance pays a lump sum cash benefit upon diagnosis of a covered critical illness, to help ease your financial and emotional worries.
  • Critical Illness policy will pay a $50.00 health screening benefit once per calendar year per insured

Accident:

  • Principal Life Insurance
  • You do everything you can to keep your family safe, but accidents do happen. It's comforting to know you have help to manage the medical cost associate with accidental injuries on or off the job.
  • The Accident policy will pay a $50.00 health screening benefit once per calendar year per insured.

We offer a standard 401(k) plan with company matching, available to both full-time and part-time employees after completing 90 days of employment.

Short-term Disability

Motorcoach Operator

At ECHO AFC Transportation, we expect our Operators to have at least 2 years of professional driving experience, an outstanding safety record, and exceptional people skills. Our drivers must prioritize safety, provide excellent customer service, and represent our commitment to professionalism and reliability.

Transit Bus Operator

At ECHO AFC Transportation, we expect our Transit Bus Operators to safely and reliably transport passengers along designated routes and schedules. Operators must prioritize passenger safety, ensure the proper operation of the bus, and deliver outstanding customer service, embodying our commitment to excellence in transportation.

Account Manager

Account Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of client relationships from inception, to development to completion of service. A key objective is to build and to retain ECHO AFC Transportations client relationships over multiple markets while generating new revenue with consistent margin.

Detailer

Our Detailers wash and prepare company vehicles for customer presentation to the highest standards. Responsibilities include thoroughly cleaning the interior and exterior of motor coaches and other vehicles using a mobile wash unit, ensuring efficiency. Detailers must also inspect all vehicle types, including sedans, limos, and minibuses, to ensure cleanliness and readiness for service.

Sales

Join our Sales team and become the driving force behind ECHO AFC Transportation’s growth. In this role, you’ll build relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver transportation solutions tailored to our clients' needs. With a focus on B2B sales, this position offers the chance to make a direct impact on the company’s success.

Chauffeur

At ECHO AFC Transportation, we expect our Chauffeurs to deliver exceptional luxury transportation services with professionalism and precision. Our Chauffeurs are trained to provide personalized, customer-focused service and are recognized for their politeness, courtesy, and discretion, ensuring every passenger enjoys a seamless and sophisticated travel experience.

Dispatch

At ECHO AFC Transportation, we expect our Dispatchers to coordinate the scheduling and routing of Chauffeurs/Operators and vehicles to ensure timely and efficient service. As the primary point of contact between our team, Chauffeurs/Operators, and clients, Dispatchers must manage logistics, monitor Chauffeurs/Operators progress, and ensure seamless communication to uphold our commitment to excellence and reliability.

Fleet Mechanic

Fleet Mechanics perform general maintenance and repairs on all fleet vehicles with a focus on efficiency, safety, and compliance with DOT regulations and emissions standards. Responsibilities include inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and overhauling systems like bus heating and cooling, conducting oil changes, tire replacements, and operational repairs using various tools, equipment, and diagnostic software.

Human Resource

As a Human Resources professional at ECHO AFC, you will be the cornerstone of our people-powered culture. Your role involves recruiting top talent, supporting employee development, and fostering a positive workplace environment. Accounting

As part of ECHO AFC’s Accounting team, you’ll play a critical role in managing our financial operations.
